We are delighted to invite exhibitors from around the world to participate in AMSIPEX-27, the 3rd International Virtual Aero- & Astrophilatelic Exhibition. Please complete the online entry form carefully and ensure that all required information is provided.

Kindly note: each of the three team members must first register individually under Class 3.2.14 –One-Frame

Before You Begin:

• The online entry form can be completed in any one of the following languages: English, Français, Italiano, Deutsch, Español. The form can also be viewed in each of these languages.
• Before filling out the form, please ensure you have the following information readily available: Member Society name(s), Year of Publication (for Literature class entries only), Exhibit Title, Exhibit Description, Title Page (PDF format), Synopsis (optional, but highly recommended) and Last three National and International awards received for the exhibit.
•  If an exhibit is eligible for 8 frames, but material is not available for showing 8 frames, the exhibit can continue to be shown in 5 frames and can be expanded to 6 or 7 frames at the request of the exhibitor if this is within three years of the first Gold for the exhibit.
• After successfully submitting the online entry form, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email containing a unique Exhibit ID (for example, EX000). Please use this ID in the subject line of all future email correspondence relating to your exhibit. Kindly note, Receipt of the automated email does not constitute acceptance of your exhibit. After your application has been reviewed by the Organising Committee, you will receive a separate email confirming whether your entry has been accepted.
• All entries must be submitted on or before 30 November 2026.
